Customer Service Survey 2019
Here at the Ulladulla Leisure Centre, we take your feedback seriously and it helps us make your experience at our centre even better!
We've partnered with CERM PI® at the University of South Australia to put together a short survey to give you, our valued patrons, the opportunity to pass on your feedback and comments.
The survey shouldn't take any longer than 10 minutes and can be completed online here: http://bit.ly/surveyulc
Thank you for helping us provide the best possible customer experience at the Ulladulla Leisure Centre!
Swim School Enrolments
All students are assessed on an ongoing basis.
All learn to swim students who are ready to progress, are moved between levels in week 1-7 of a 10-week term. Feedback week is in week 8 of every 10-week term.
We encourage all parents to have a chat to their child's instructor in the last few minutes of the class during this week. Feedback can include: skill progression, attitude to learning, in-class behaviour and dynamics of the specific class they are in.
Squad students who are ready to progress are moved between levels, as required, based on their ability to complete and/or maintain the ability and times of the "test sets". See the coordinator for more details. A feedback meeting is scheduled on the last Friday of every month for parents of all squad participants.
Monday 10 December - Sunday 16 December
- Current students confirming enrolment (direct debit) or reenrolling in same time/day (upfront)
Monday 17 December - Sunday 23 December
- current students moving days, times or teachers
Monday 24 December onwards
- returning student enrolments
- new enrolments
Term 1 2019: Tuesday 29 January until Saturday 13 April 2019 (11 weeks)
Enrolments can be taken at any time in the term (except the last two weeks of previous term). We encourage direct debit enrolments which would ensure your position will continue on an ongoing basis until notification of cancellation is received. (Minimum terms apply). There would then be no need to reenrol at the end of each term.
